Really very good selection of good quality clipart. The only slight snag is that you can only get a 150 pixel (the size shown here) jpeg image of each piece of non animated clip art for free. To get any other size or file format you will have to pay! However, this is such a good website we are almost tempted......

Not a particularly large collection of clip art and animations, but a refreshingly quirky one! The clipart is a mixture of clipart and photos and although many are public domain, you get the feeling that many of the others are by the web master himself - for example the animated gif shown here is in a category called "Fun with 19th Century Illustrations". Watch closely! Well worth browsing through the categories as you may well turn up something unique and unusual.
